In this post, I will clearly explain as well as how to set the reply language of the chatbot. From then, we will conclude whether or not CX Genie Chatbot responds in multiple languages.
The process of setting bot’s information:
Open CX Genie, in Bots, and click “Settings” to set up the bot.

Here, fill in some basic information such as the bot’s avatar, name, greeting, theme, and some buttons,...
Especially, select any languages that fit your business in the “Reply language”. The chosen language will be fixed in every started message from your bot.

So, whether or not the chatbot responds in multiple languages? The answer is Definitely, Yes.
For instance, I chatted with the chatbot in three different languages and it replied messages according to the language I texted for it.
