What Is In Workspace Settings?

Open CX Genie, and choose “Workspace Settings”.
1. General
1.1. Workspace information
- Set up general information for Workspace (name, service, description)
- After filling in all information, click “Save changes” to finish.
- Click the Delete Workspace button to delete the workspace.

1.2. Documents
- Click "+ Add document" to add a new article.
- Note: All information in the articles will be used by the entire bot of this workspace.

1.3 Working hours
- Select Time Zone and Working Hour.
- Note: Working hours can now add two time frames in one day to accommodate flexible schedules and different time zones.

The default setting for Auto-reply is off, you can turn it on to automatically activate the auto-reply configuration when working hours are over.

2. Membership & Permission
Member list of the workspace. You can add, remove, or change the permission of a member.

- Choose a role for the member added.

3. Subscription
This is where you can manage workspace & add-on subscriptions.
